The wages processing allows the organization to manage, in an autonomous and independent way, all the company’s master data, without having to worry about the implications on wages processing.
Indeed, because of its design and concept, the SAP-HCM Payroll allows a totally automatic and autonomous management of questions such as retroactivity, automatic payments, bank transfers, costs allocations, etc. Moreover, by answering all the legal issues demanded, it is fully adjusted to the business reality.

Time Management
Time Management is one important are of this solution, managing all the concepts normally used in  work time administration, with special emphasis on attendance and absence records, quotas and Sales, amongst others.

Allows an efficient and effective management of the time data, ensuring the creation and allocation of work schedules (normal schedules, flexible, shifts, …) according to the organization specificities and staff characteristics, as well as the control of attendance and absences in order to quantify the allowances/deductions on the payroll processing.
This component offers Great flexibility, complying with the stricter requirements, as well as having a wide range of features.
